Ride leaves at 6am from Blue Monkey Café.

 Starting will be altered when heat sets in

There is a beginners/Juniors/ladies Group doing 1 Lap 30km, easy pace and a faster group for the experienced Triathlete/Cyclist, 1 lap and out to grid 50km, medium pace. Both rides go for 90mins approx.

In Short-Both rides leave at 6am from Blue Monkey Café.

Both rides finish at approx 8am at the Blue Monkey Café who are offering coffee's for $3 each
