Hi everyone how’s it going?
I hope your training is all going well and people are starting to get the motivation to get back into it all.  The sooner it warms up the better I think.

My reason for writing is in regards to Raf Baugh who is a professional Duathlete. Raf is coming to Kalgoorlie next week to work with the schools up here and has agreed to a session with the Tri club. Raf is going to conduct a running session aimed at achieving and improving your best running times. It’s a great opportunity to get some new ideas and to check out the methods he’s used to get to the current stage in his career.

We are unable to run the Coaching session at our normal timeslot on Thursday afternoons. So the coaching session will now be held at 5.30pm at the Oasis playing fields on Wednesday. Sorry for any inconvenience.

It would be great if you could all come down and support the club. I’d also like to make this open to the Womans Tri as well. So if you can pass on this info I’d really appreciate it.

Go for a two piece mate as the one piece suits are a bit on the nose. They also make anyone look a bit frumpy...
Make sure you go dark dark colours around ya nuts, unless you want ya package on display 

Check out Runners World in North Perth, they should have some stuff at decent prices. Once you know your sizes online is way cheaper.

if you know your measurements, I would recommend that you buy the tri suit online....Check out....wiggles.co.uk or chain reaction cycles....saves you heaps of money.

Otherwise, Total Triathlon along Stirling Hwy sells them...
